A multi- faceted project, comprising extensive alterations to the existing residence and the addition of a garden pavilion to accommodate a large spa pool with expansive views over the garden.

The brief required a particular level of sensitivity to the existing conditions, so the connective spaces and walkways seamlessly knit the new & old.

Our holistic approach to improving the livability of this home; included future proofing the two storey house which called for an internal lift and improved conditions for working from home plus a new kitchen to maximise functionality for the clients. Ageing in place is a sustainability consideration for all projects but a stipulation here along with high performance replacement windows for improved thermal comfort.
